Edward coughed briefly, somewhat disgusted at the pool of crimson liquid..
"Messenger... Ambushed... Backup... All dead. There's so much blood... Everywhere... Isn't looking good for the operation..." He choked out, looking at the ceiling.

"Shit." Terrence murmurs in an unprofessional manner before clearing his throat. "Are you in critical condition?"

Regaining his composure, Edward blurted "Just a few cuts, Malone is gone, but we'll need this room cleaned up and I'll need a new room."
(Btw, I forgot earlier how many dudes edward needs for the arrest, he wanted something like 10 operators from every ctu, forgot to mention it)

(okay, thanks for telling moi. also i'm super sorry for how this has come to a halt, once exams at out of the way i won't be as dead )

"Okay, the rest of your assets are on route as we speak." You hear the sounds of a keyboard and people in the background giving out orders via radio. "Edward.... you've done a great service to the world, giving us this information. If you want to be pulled out of the task now and collect your payment then just give me the word. This can all be over"

"I'll lead the arrest team, I'm not pulling out. Orders?"

"I knew you had it in you" He proudly remarks. "I want you to describe everything that happened. Who attacked who?"

"This man in a strange mask and revolver came out of nowhere and held Malone hostage in a cabinet. He knocked me to the floor when the plainclothes officers ran in, and he killed them. I blacked out, don't know how long. There's a lot of blood, will need a new room."

"We're getting that sorted right now, also locating your van seeing as your masked assailant took that" Is your response. "Did The Messenger attack anyone? If we bring anything to court I want it on record now"

"Plainclothes officers are dead. Might want to get some body bags."

There's a deep sigh from the other end of the phone.

"We'll put everyone in the hotel under "hotel" arrest so word doesn't get out to the press too soon. Clean yourself up and meet your new arrest team downstairs."

Edward proceeds to get dressed in the sense of something that made sense: Boots, cargo pants, an undershirt, bulletproof vest, and baclava, as well as a helmet. He unlocked one of the cases to reveal an MP5 with 3 30 round magazines, a Berreta 92FS Inox pistol and 2 magazines. He put the pistol in a side holster and slung the MP5, and put the magazines for each weapon accordingly for their slot on the vest. He walked downstairs to hopefully find the Elite of the Elite.
(I am willing to bet the arrest team which is made of multinational operators, have at least a convoy of 5 Humvees and about 3 helicopters. I'd also bet there are sub commanders for each squad, which I'm also hoping is 24 operators, 4 operators from each counterterrorism unit which also equals one squad= 6 squads, 1 commander for each squad

Coming down to the first floor you're passed by a few men with those familiar black bags, they respectively nod as you carry downwards. Arriving in the lobby you're met by a good portion of your team and allot of broken glass from the wall to wall fish tank, no casualties but a few minor wounds and some dead fish.

"Let's ride, gentlemen. Remember, priority is to arrest. Shoot to kill if they resist, the Messengers are a defined as a Terrorist organization by the United States Government, and I'm fairly sure your governments want a piece of the Messengers." Edward said as he continued down the stairs, and repeated his instructions in Russian, German, French, and Polish. "Squad leaders, tie a different colored bandana so we know who you are. I assume we also have headsets so we can effectively coordinate our actions." He again repeated in the same languages and took a white bandana to his left arm. He was handed a headset as he exited the hotel and found 5 Humvees awaiting as well as 2 helicopters. He climbed into one of them and was met with the SWAT team, extra backup. Edward nodded to the pilot to begin take off and told the arrest team to get in their vehicles.

You're in the first helicopter and therefore get a view of he showground before anyone else, it takes you a little while to find it as all the lights are out, the whole arena is pitch black. After confirmation to do so a spot light is turned on to reveal a disturbing sight: hundreds of bodies are across all of the paths, people of all ages from what you can see now. There's no way to tell if they're dead or not but it takes hardly any time to conclude that they're blocking all of the entrances and most of the perimeter.

Edward is shocked. Oh God... He gags, but the pre-recorded blares from the helicopter. "THIS IS A JOINT COUNTER TERRORISM OPERATION BEING CONDUCTED BY MULTIPLE NATIONS. IF YOUARE NOT A MEMBER OFTHE TERRORIST ORGANIZATION THE MESSENGERS, VACATE THE AREA IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE MESSENGERS, DO NOT RESIST ARREST." A rappel line slowly drew downwards to the ground as Edward descended to the ground. After he landed, the helicopter started to circle the premises.

Once you're on ground level you're met by the overwhelming sound of hundreds of people breathing, confirmation that they're not dead but it proves a point that The Messengers are will to use human bodies as shields. If their powers are anything like Ches's there's a strong chance that the majority of these people aren't even staying here by their own free will. This whole shit show is one huge violation of human rights. Then, just as you start to move closer your ears pick up something else, the faintest whisper on the breeze:

Edward unslung his MP5 and performed the HK slap, smacking the front bolt down.
"I'd recommend you do what we say, Ches. If you resist arrest I am legally allowed to kill you." He surveyed the area as the second helicopter arrived, as the SWAT team descended from the rappel lines. "So why don't you come out and face me."

Silence. Then a body on the nearby path moves, an older woman in a "I HEART EYEZ" shirt eyes open to reveal milky white irises.

"Ches is not here. He went looking for you and the one we call Malone. Where are they?" 

The voice that comes out of her mouth is raspy and low, as if she's severely dehydrated, like sand paper on wood. It makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up but it also sends warning signals: if you didn't see Ches then where did he go? Did the stranger in the mask get him first? Was the stranger in the mask Ches? If so, why did he attack Malone, if not to kill her for betraying The Messengers? However professional you feel, this still feels unnerving.

Edward pointed the MP5 at her. "Ma'm, if you resist arrest I am going to open fire on you. Get on the ground, NOW!." He was still unnerved by this creepy sight, but he kept his SMG trained on her. Where in blazes is the convoy, he thought.

"The woman is merely a vessel. To kill an innocent is to kill a child. Where are Ches and Malone?" 

Is the only response you manage to get.

Edward advanced towards the woman and promptly pulled out handcuffs. He attempted to arrest her as he slung the MP5 over his shoulder.

As soon as you make contact with the woman she falls limp and unresponsive, as if she's asleep. Racking your brains, you sift through the many files on The Messengers that you've memorized, desperately trying to remember any previous situations that they've been involved in where this has happened. After a few moment's thought you can recall one concert in Las Vegas where everyone in the crowd passed out for half an hour due to a "miracle" though you can't remember who was performing. That seems pretty close to what's happening now...

Edward puts away the handcuffs. He looked towards the entrance to see if the convoy of Humvees had arrived.

You can see headlights but there's no way they'll reach you unless they feel like trampling over a couple of hundred bodies.
