PREMISE: A rough breakup between her and the jack of hearts.)
It never could have lasted long. Of course, nothing have ever lasted long with someone as intense, as passionate, as flawed as her. The furiously burning flame. Always as if every interaction would be it's last. Might as well be, might as well be the very reason why people spoke to her about was the very thing that bothered them.
She loved her, and tried her best. She always checked if anything was wrong, asked if anything wasn't well, if she seemed bothered.
Nobody seemed to like the jealous part of her.
Thinking of herself, a momentary distraction, as someone that could be lasting. Shameless. Nobody could laugh for so long, for more than a few months, could they?
How shameful of thinking otherwise.
“Hey, where are you going?” she'd ask inside, around those lines. Every time, she seemed bored, and she felt dull. She didn't do a good job of entertaining her, clearly, why else would she be so sad, right at this very moment? Why else would she speak to anyone else, hang out with anyone else?
Anyone would be a better replacement for her.
Eventually, the novelty wore off. And, eventually, they stopped talking to each other.
