[Intro]
In a theoretically ever-expanding universe, with the potential to be filled with billions and billions of different lifeforms, planets, universes- anything, for that matter- how many events in this omniverse would you say are significant to everyone else? One? None? Three? This is a story of one event which would change the course of history forever. Not just for one or two people, but for the multiverse as we know it.
Earth- a planet which is definite proof that lifeforms are capable of incredible power. Conquest, peace, villainy or heroism, Earth is a prime example of intelligent life and the power it can contain. Some people wanted to protect that power- use that power for good and for the benefit of others, and with a genuine love and care for other people and the planet we stand on. We call these people "heroes". Others, however, had not-so good intentions. Scheming villains who wanted to claim this power for themselves- to rule the planet, destroy it completely, or whatever they chose- they did not care who got in their way, and who sided with them. The only thing that mattered was victory. One day, a massive portal appeared in the skies, one which you could see all around the world. People were baffled- surely, this couldn't be happening? This is impossible! But this was real life. There were other lifeforms coming out of that portal.
From out of that portal came out a staggeringly large quantity of people. Some had benevolent intentions- the intent of helping humanity and the Earth, and selflessly doing good deeds for others. Others were not so innocent. Whatever their intentions might have been, they were not good ones. They planned to hone humanity's achievements and powers for themselves and their twisted fantasies. Others, however, were not so simply defined. They were not strictly heroic, yet not definite evil, either. We call these people "neutral". Some of these were humans, while others were apart of a different race altogether. Peace was impossible with these powerful new lifeforms, with conflicting intentions over the fate of our planet. At first, it didn't seem that major- there was the occasional brawl in the streets, but nothing too serious. It escalated more quickly than you can imagine. There were murders, terrorism... And war. Inevitably, war broke out, the lifeforms trying to stop eachother and protect, take, or do both with humanity's power. Moral codes clashed between them, one of them wanted to conquer our universe, while others wanted to protect the world from these... Villains. But in the end, their powers were too much. Humanity could do nothing but watch as the war ended with their beautiful world ruined. With the heroes staggered and weak, the villains saw an opportunity... And seized it with both hands.
The heroes were weakened and morale was low. The villains took this opportunity to conquer the multiverse. Murders, lies, cheating- they did everything they could to whittle down the heroes, until they finally broke and surrendered. With nobody left to stop them, the governments of the world either gave up or were eviscerated, leaving the villains in charge of our multiverse. They enforced their own organization over the multiverse, calling it the "Order of Chaos". They make the rules, enforce them and its members are their very own security force. They are forces to be reckoned with, especially since they can be found anywhere in this vast world and are considered extremely powerful, some more than others. The heroes were not completely defeated, however, and neither were the people who chose not to pick a side. No, they saw what was happening to this world because of them. And they made a choice- these fiends would rule over this world no longer. Others still chose to remain neutral. Others became bandits. But some remained heroes, and they are determined to save this world.
[Plot]
This is a crossover roleplay. You can bring any character you want from any TV show, anime, cartoon, etc. Just make sure that they are "cartoony". There's nothing much to explain here other than the fact that you can be a villain (who may choose to be a part of the Order of Chaos), a hero who is trying to overthrow them, or someone who picks neither side and remains neutral. Now, here come the rules, because all roleplays need rules.
[Locations]
More will be added later on. but these are the ones that you can normally find on the starting point.
No Man's Land: An desert with once-beautiful history from the ancient times, with heat you could bake under. It had wonderful treasures and was an extremely popular tourist resort, with wonderful history which some could have described as a once-in-a-lifetime experience to visit. Unfortunately, due to the war, you will not be able to tell that anyone had even been here before. It was reduced to rubble, sand, and skeletons, with the very rare plant life around. Most civilization has been completely wiped out here due to the war, but if your character is adaptable to scorching heat and desert landscapes, No Man's Land could be ideal. It is also a good place to have a battle, due to the miniscule amount of life.
Aganessa Memorial Airport: This airport was built in memory of Aganessa, who was once said to be a legend who liberated the universe from the forces of evil, but strangely disappeared long before the events of the war. Some said she was a Goddess from the heavens who came in the time of need of the people, and could have been one of the reasons the war didn't happen earlier. Regardless, after her disappearance, many people went to travel here, visiting family, relatives, friends- all before the war began. This was one of the first places wrecked by the battle, and is now eerily empty, almost like a ghost town. However, despite its barren interior, the exterior is remarkably in shape, and, if your character is good with technology, scrap metal or vehicles, the airport may be a good place for you. Plus, who knows what you can find in lost luggage?
Riverwalk Park: A prime example of what good things the war took from the multiverse. Once a beloved amusement park, it was reduced to rusty pieces and barely functional equipment. Parents took their children here, lots of people came here to see the breathtaking views and the thrilling rides, all before the war took it all away. Fortunately, it was located close to Nekro City, which means it is relatively intact, at least, compared to the other places. If your character is good at hiding, causing "accidents" or needs a makeshift base of operations, this may be a good place to be. Or maybe you just want to go on the rides. I won't judge.
Nekro City: One of the few remaining cities, with actual signs of life. Remarkably, this city is relatively intact, at least, compared to most of the other locations. This was a highly advanced city, technologically speaking. Their medical care, living standards, and happiness was through the roof, and seemed like a perfect city to live in. Alas, like most other locations, Nekro City fell soon enough as well. Its electricity was cut, and thankfully, most inhabitants were evacuated before any harm could be done to them. There may be people still living here, though. If you're looking to scrounge up supplies, make friends and find a place to live, or for your other reasons, this place could suit you. No littering.
As said before, these are very few of the locations which you can visit. This is in no way a limit, and you will be able to make up your own locations, as well as other locations being added as this roleplay goes on.
[Admins]
roquinha9: Came up with the original idea.
supermariobunny: Improved the plot and re-worked the grammar.
[Rules]
1- Basic roleplaying rules. No godmodding, metagaming (there are exceptions) or powerplaying. Break these and I will ban you.
2- No Gary Sue or Mary Sue, please.
3- No repetitive characters. And by that I mean that I don't want to see the same character, but with some differences in the appearance or different powers. You're more creative than that....
4- Yes, the above rule goes for you TheBlazingPony, incase you come back.
5- Don't use the "but it's not in the rules". I may add more rules as the roleplay goes on.
6- More admins will (obviously) be appointed. I can't manage an entire roleplay on my own.
