Ultimatum Skrilakchin commanded two Execution Clusters, Ztizk Shilat and Ilt Krahk from the Hive Carrier Hikakchikk. A simple name with a simple purpose: death. Execution Clusters were the death dealers of the Shri, leading vanguards of Battle Clusters and following in the wake of Raid Clusters. The Raid Cluster that had held out here, Trak Liklatz, were their eyes and Specialists aboard the commanding Consumer had updated Skrilakchin on what lay below. The humans of this world were hunkered down, trying to hide from the eyes of the Shri. But the humans did not have deep dens, they could not withstand the bombardment that Ilt Krahk could bring down upon them. The human world would burn. The aliens were retreating, and as Ztizk Shilat gave chase, Ilt Krahk turned towards the human world, the Invaders clustered in near Skrilakchin's command ship, protected on all sides by the other sub-squadrons. Trak Liklatz too, gave chase, a few ships making for the opening presented by the arrival of the two Execution Clusters, including the commanding Consumer. Skrilakchin received a message from one of the communications Specialists: Lurhkikakchin was heading to the core worlds, to present their findings of this alien race and request more resources to fight them with. Skrilakchin was satisfied with commanding two Execution Clusters at the moment, but ambition called. Perhaps he would join in this venture, and share in the glory.
But that was not important right now. Now, they had a human world to destroy. Heavy plasma bolts, charged for long range, fired from maximum range, slowly as the Shri would not waste batteries for minimal harassment fire. The bolts had mostly dissipated by the time they reached the atmosphere, and from there they streaked down to ignite the air around them and burn any humans still attempting to get to their bunkers. Since Trak Liklatz had been here for some time, it was probable that no humans would be annihilated. No matter, as these shots would do minimal damage to structures. They were the warning. Opening a communications channel to the human world, Skrilakchin announced from his command throne; "Trak Liklatz showed you the least of the Shri. Two Execution Clusters approach you now. Submit to Shri, or die."
Elsewhere...
Specialist Clakik took the Omnitool in its mandibles, experimenting, and dropping it not a few times. Soon enough though, it managed to configure the tool to fit its form for easier use. Though it still could not speak, as the tool restricted its mandible movement. One of the other Specialists took the translator device, and used it to explain what was needed for creation of a shri-equippable translator module, which could read Avax movement and colors to translate them into Shri hormones which would disperse very close, allowing only the one Shri to 'listen' unless the translator was opened to disperse hormones for others, and to detect hormones with a specific biological key that would cause it to make rapid pulses in the air and change color to allow for translation from Shri hormones to the Avax method of communication.

Internal Affairs The people of the Republics are huddled in the Public Shelters, quiet, waiting. The First minister receives the plans and orders them copied right away. "We'll submit, but you better bring reinforcements." The First ministers sends a reply to the shri, saying they will submit. Military affairs Again, they await on standby. Space Nothing.

Why not? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
[Nation Sheet]
=General=
Nation Name: Merchant Republic of Stritiri and Modern Commonwealths
Nation Leader(s): Waann Eekkeb, Phogacrar Nemmes, Chukmet Pelkiakar, Olskees Haldirt, Qreimt Dreolt Total Population: 7,582,687,964 Government Type: Aristocratic republic Capital: Rora, Stritiri System Moral Alignment (roughly): Lawfully neutral Alias (optional): The Merchant Republic, the Republic, the Platinum Bank
Brief history/backstory: The Merchant Republic of Stritiri was founded on Stratiri Prime four-hundred years ago according to the Huraene Calendar It was created by Supreme Chancellor Nuesega Atruora. When the Stritirian government was faced with a crippling economy, real-estate, and vehicle company mogul Nuesega Atruora decided to loan the government an amount of money without interest and create another company, the Stritirian Trading Co-Op which included the other richest members of Stritiri and invest intergalactic trading and loaning. After awhile from spreading throughout the galaxy, many nations began to cooperate with the Stritirian Trading Co-Op which led to another alias that the Co-Op went by, which was the Platinum Bank but was truly just another branch of the Co-Op. Eventually, the Stritirians elected Skoma Screecada as the Chancellor of Stritiri. When Skoma indicted the Stritirian Trading Co-Op for conspiracy and treason, the Co-Op fled to the Stritirian moon, Mestruyphus and continued their operations. After the Stritirian economy took another plunge, insurgencies across the planet began to rise. A lot of these insurgencies were united and funded by the Co-Op, which resulted in high-grade weaponry, vehicles, and training. There were also multiple boot camps created by the Co-Op on Mestruyphus to train insurgents. Renowned mercenary drill sergeants were employed by the Co-Op to train the insurgents. After a bloody ten-year civil war, Chancellor Skoma Screecada was killed in the Capital Convention Building. Afterward, Nuesega was elected as Superintendent of the Merchant Republic of Stritiri. Ever since the Merchant Republic has been reinforcing their investments and wealth exponentially.

Description of weapons/ships/tech: The HDMMT developed plasma gas-magazine-based weaponry, to an extent where using a plasma gas magazine will create a particle beam that can melt solids. Different guns have different colored particle beams based on the cut of the crystal used in the weapon to refine the particle beam. This form of weaponry is standard-issue throughout the military. Stritirian ships are usually equipped with a dual force-field generators and the trademark of the Stritiri Navy, the Epochathra particle laser, which is renowned across the galaxy to be able to slice through capital ships easily. Stritirian tech is largely varied due to the basis of trade, although, Stritirians favor holographic technology and increasing defense.

[Species Sheet]
Species Name: Troirdaine Homeworld: Stritiri Physical Description: Two doe-eyed eyes observe their surroundings from their wide sockets. A narrow nose rests below, but it's the narrow mouth below that takes all the attention. A gummy smile reveals two small canines and a small tongue.
Long squared ears sit on each side of its small, rounded head, which itself is covered in short hair. Its long hefty body is slightly hunched over. Two broad arms rest at its sides and end in thin hands with curvy fingers, each with thin nails. Its legs are thin and are bent, each ending in large feet. Its body is covered in soft skin and its shoulders are narrower than its pelvis. Their skin is tinted blue and their eyes represent those of a feline, with red scleras and purplish gray pupula duplexes and black irises.
Intellectual/Intelligence Description: Troirdaines are relatively intelligent and superfluously innovative. The common Troirdaine will judge a relationship based off of intellect and charisma rather than appearance or personality. This leads to an elitist group of intellects, although Troirdaines aren't revered as hyper intelligent beings of another plane, but rather as quite intelligent. Extra Info (optional): N/A

Submit to Shri, or die." Word had gotten to the federation from those ships that the Avax sent before and boy were they not happy, the Shri were promised to be peaceful but instead they were conquering worlds. The council was angered by this and decided something that could change the course of history. Over 2000 ships are deployed with magnetic weapons based on knowledge of the Shri's resistance to lasers but with the changeability of these ships, any other weapon could be deployed if they had knowledge of it. A incredibly hefty investment but one that would be needed to defend this world and rid this universe of the Shri.(The 2000 ships will arrive in 4 posts.)An Avax configures the omnitool to the Shri specifications using it's hormonal reader and dispersal functions while also using AI to interpret the movement of the Avax with a neural net full of data of the various movements with their contexts, some data about color reading is in the neural net and a pulse emitter. They use this to create a basic prototype that they give to Specialist Clakik to translate with.

Domination The Shri descended hungrily upon the world, the Adapters and Lurkers descending to secure the human world's defenses, two of the Invaders launching Darksuit drones, which cut into the human ships at various points, skittering through them, killing any humans they found before a word got out. Specialists on Tunnelers docked and accompanied them, securing the ships and blocking any transmissions that might get out. Some humans were kept for interrogation, some for food. Most were simply slaughtered. The Shri took the human ships, now theirs, and waited for orders from the commanding Prime for what to do next. The Adapters and Lurkers came close, training their guns on the human defenses, Specialists analyzing them and giving the coordinates of those nearby to other ships, so that an entire web formed of Tunnelers targeted on isolated or defenseless targets, such as city power grids and isolated water ships, while Adapters held more important targets down, and Lurkers threatened the most important or most dangerous. A single Lurker far outsized even the mightiest of human naval ships, with the defenses to stop any attacks coming from such meager things.
In particular, two Lurkers and several more Adapters traced the alien's signal to the human capital, surrounding it. Smaller tunnelers kept their guns and sensors trained on the area around it, preventing escape from the transmission receiver, while more ships descended upon the human world. High above the world, still in orbit with their guard ships, Invaders and the commanding Hive Carrier were prepared to burn the human cities to dust with plasma bombs more devastating than fission weapons. An Adapter docked with the Hive Carrier, then detached shortly after, heading to the human capital, carrying an emissary of the Shri.
Yet, elsewhere...
"I test this tool with egad consciousbliss, readytwo correctify errors." Specialist Clakik says, glancing at one of the other Specialists, waiting for a response from the Avax. This technology was advanced to the Shri. The Avax had made an extremely useful tool, and Clakik did not particularly care to try ripping it from the Avax's... limbs. That was out of its decision, however. The Primes would do what the Primes did, which would almost certainly be to declare war. And Clakik would follow, loyally. Or it would die, and be forgotten even sooner than if it had died naturally. Such was the case with Specialists, useful up until the moment they rebelled or simply died.
And yet, somewhere else entirely... The Overprimes were discussing among themselves. The air was thick, but smelled no different to Hiklakchin. A special code that could only be read by the Overprimes, he thought. Useful when subordinates such as he were in this chamber. He had made a good case. The Overprimes had no reason to fight the Avax when they could acquire desired technology and resources with greater ease through negotiation. He relaxed a little... then stiffened, as a new scent entered his awareness. That of a bitter rival for power. A fellow Raid Cluster commander. Lurhkikakchin. He entered amid a scurrying of drones, his personal retinue as well as the workers here. Specialists turned to look, and the Overprimes fell silent. Or so it seemed they might, anyway. There was no way to tell. They all regarded Lurhkikakchin as the Prime entered the chamber. "This is the chamber for discussion of the... Avax?" One of the Overprimes sent an affirmative. "Then what is he doing here?" Lurhkikakchin asked, surprised and angry at Hiklakchin's presence. "I am here because I was first to discover them, Lurhkikakchin. Or rather, they discovered us, while my Raid Cluster was collecting tribute from one of the human colony worlds."
"So you are the one who would like to negotiate with these aliens. I am surprised they did not fire upon you too, Hiklakchin. They viciously attacked my Raid Cluster as we secured a human world near the border. I doubt they have had previous contact with those humans, so they must have 'helped' them out of the 'goodness of their hearts' as the humans themselves put it." Lurhkikakchin continued into the chamber, taking a place with the retinue of drones and a pair of accompanying Specialists. "In fact, I sent a portion of my Cluster to learn of them and attempt communications. Their technology is astounding. Would you not partake in it?" Hiklakchin replied, a sharpness in the communication hormones. "We take what is ours. We do not 'negotiate' with lesser races, Hiklakchin. Perhaps you would be better fit as a Reserve leader."
"Perhaps you would as well. We have nothing to lose, and so much to gain. Would you throw the opportunity away?" Hiklakchin replied. The Overprimes watched silently, perhaps communicating among themselves again, letting the two of them argue it out. Hiklakchin did not know what their scheme was, if they had brought him to face a rival on purpose, but so it was. Perhaps they would duel here, on the chamber floor, and this would be solved with blood. But not yet. Not until the Overprimes were ready to make a decision against his favor. And Lurhkikakchin would surely be thinking the same thing. The only way the Shri were ever expected to think.

Internal Affairs The First Minister orders nuclear weapons launched or detonated in their silos, a scorched earth tactic. "It will not be long before we are all killed. We need reinforcements from your people now!" The signal is sent to the Avax. The first Minister has explosives stacked against the concrete bunker. They begin preparing for the worst. Military Most of the military is reduced to ruins, shockingly. As ordered, nuclear weapons are detonated without warning. Most of the population has gathered in secure Public Shelters.

The Avax replies "Language-turner unworking, flow by flow possibilities!" Tia says. Tia hoped that Clakik appreciated the nature of omni-tools and how they could change to fit the situation. She however had a sneaking suspicion this wouldn't turn out well so she would give them the translator but not the omni-tool.

12 Colonies of KobolUncharted territory beyond the line, 1350 hours Colonial Standard Time
The Battlestar, after leaving Scorpion Fleet Shipyards, jumps into the uncharted sector. Admiral Cain begins: "Status" The navigation officer checks the monitor. "We've completed the jump, ma'am. All boards are green." She is relieved. It was her first time commanding a battlestar, and she didn't want anything to go wrong. After talking with her XO, Colonel James Fisk, she begins to order the crew to initiate the preparations. Her mission was to deploy a modified DRADIS array beacon, in an attempt to investigate supposed Cylon presence in the area. "Lieutenant Gaeta! Let the scientists from the ministry of defense know they can begin to prepare the device." A few hours laterThe device team informs the admiral that they were ready. She is nervous, thinking that if anything went wrong, she'd never be able to command a battlestar again, and she would be confined to that little and smelly office in the fleet shipyards for the rest of her life. She worries that such thing would disapoint her father, a great commander during the Cylon War. She takes a moment, then picks the phone at the CIC desk.
"All hands, prepare for the activation of the DRADIS device. Proceed to designated positions. Set condition 2 throughout the ship." The DRADIS array device is loaded into a Colonial Raptor. The raptor pilot asks for permission to launch, and CIC clears him. The ship takes off from that massive battlestar, and deploys the device in a relatively safe distance, where it can only be monitored via radar instruments by the battlestar. The raptor returns, and the device is activated. "Now all we have to do is wait. If the Cylons pick up the signal, they will come, and we'll know they have been here. Did you make sure we'll be ready to jump out if they arrive?" Cain asks Fisk "Yes ma'am. FTL has already been instructed on how to proceed once we enter condition one." Fisk replies. Tl;dr I turned on a beacon in deep space and have a massive ship near it expecting the old Colonial enemies will pick it up, but maybe another race might find it? Who knows (pls detect my beacon)
