Fucking love that film. And seeing people's reactions upon learning that Howl is voiced by Christian Bale is just icing on the cake.
I feel like it's a rule at Studio Ghibli to have at least one famous, somewhat out of place name in the credits for each piece.

This is also from a good album.
Also, I'm not sure how many people are willing to make the time to listen to an entire album for the first time in one sitting. It might be better to periodically post different songs from that album to make sharing them easier.
Mind you, that's ignoring albums where each song builds on the story from the last, but even with those, it could work if you just post them in order.
Those are my thoughts, anyway.

I somehow got Nancy Sinatra stuck in my head. I don't know how; I heard the song a little bit a few months ago and it wasn't stuck in my head then, but it's been stuck in my head all afternoon despite the fact that, until looking it up to get it out of my head, I hadn't heard it in months. Weird how songs getting stuck in heads works.

Weird how songs getting stuck in heads works. I can't look at that without thinking of the shitpost. I like the shitpost better, honestly, but that's mostly because a) I heard it first, b) it's in time (or rather, it HAS a time signature), and c) I like the chords and overall sound of it better. And, of course, the surreal being that is shiteyanyo Miku. I think the only main bad thing is how she (fails to) pronounce English words. |
