so i left my phone on the charger for the past few days

come back

find most of my apps spontaneously uninstalled

cant access chrome

instead of english whenever im prompted with two buttons to chose they're in a whole bunch of random symbols

and i cant access play store, getting an error called rh-01

help

currently trying to kill battery
