Feel free to vote on your favourite doctor. Discuss Doctor Who serials and episodes here and whatnot. I'd post Battlestar Galactica as well, but I doubt many of you have seen it.

Just one? Of course I have a favourite who I call my Doctor but they are all great in their own ways. You also missed John Hurt who is technically the 9th/War Doctor.

Sorry, he didn't appear when I Google searched "list of Doctors in Doctor Who". Strange, Google can be wrong though. I suppose it's because the Doctor never really considered himself at that point the Doctor until after the 50th and he didn't have a full series or movie.

The writing from last series was okay apart from probably 'Kill the Moon' and 'In the Forest of the Night.'

At least 'Mummy on the Orient Express' and 'Flatline' were after it so we could forget how bad that episode was.

I wish I could vote twice. 10 & 4 for the win.

Series 9 was a massive improvement on 8. Peter Capaldi certainly pushed himself up my table of Doctors, behind David Tennant still but Capaldi was amazing.
Heaven Sent may actually be one of the first episodes in a long time to break into my top five and just about every word of dialogue was spoken by Capaldi.

Clara was alright though I can see why some would dislike her.

Capaldi is great, but I hate Clara. the reason i really liked 'heaven sent' was because it was just capaldi, and no one else. it really showed how great of an actor he is. (the twist at the end was really cool as well.)

(the twist at the end was really cool as well.) Agreed, Heaven Sent was amazing. I don't think I've seen anyone hold together 45 minutes of television quite like he did during that episode. The whole episode was brilliant. I enjoyed series 9 on a whole far more than series 8. Capaldi and Clara had brilliant on screen chemistry and it really showed this series.

Meanwhile, I haven't watch Doctor Who since Matt Smith reincarnated.

You should seriously watch Tim. The last few series before the cancellation were some of the worst.
