Our space stations are equipped with factories so we can make the drop pods and ammunition and stuff right there in space.

We have a swarmer queen in each space station, pumping out little swarmers to put in drop pods.
And the swarmers in the space stations and the satellites are separate. Satellites =/= space stations

how do you make ammo though
you cant just make ammo
you have to be sending up some sort of different rocketship every other day at the rate you fire these orbital bombardments
surely any enemy of yours could just take those out?
and sub-obital weapons platforms dont make any sense either
if they are sub-orbital how are they floating?

His army economy is insane, he owns enough land where he can produce a bunch if resoucres. I'm wondering how to weaken his empire.

No you can't. Because they're not rockets or bombs technically, they're kinetic penetrator rods which are actually pretty small, and are going so fast that they make a sonic boom and stuff so yeah, you aren't going to be catching them.

We fill the rods with super dense/heavy metals with an outer skin of something heat resistant.
And nukes are avoidable with anti-nuke intercept missiles. Kinetic penetrators just move too fast to be intercepted, but they can't be guided like missiles can. We just fire them and hope that the computers are really accurate.

(that still wouldn't work
they used to do that before bombs were invented. they dropped metal rods out of hot-air balloons and bi-planes. they only worked with direct hits, obviously, because they would just bury themselves in the ground. and firing from fucking orbit they could probably end up miles off target.)
