It's been one hundred years after the WWXVII (17). It all started over a dispute between a single kingdom asking another kingdom for some coal and suddenly a nuclear war doned upon the Earth. 'Shroom clouds were everywhere. Millions of people died. Although, the Kingdoms of Old prepared for something like this and created bunkers deep underground to house a maximum of one hundred people. Fifty were female, the other fifty were male. This was for repopulating after the radiation died down enough that it was habitable by organisms again. In the year 3058 VC, Vammyan Calendar, the first kingdom emerged from their bunker and awoke to see the debris and wasteland that was the once plush Earth. These people were known as the Uranites. They harvested uranium and began to create advanced technology. Although this technology was lost due to cataclysmic event with a mighty earthquake which casted the Uranites capital into the core of the Earth.
Thankfully, the Uranites had made multiple settlements. Although, all of the technology was mainly produced in Iradia, the capital. This left the settlements primitive and as if they only just emerged from a deep slumber. They began to become distant from the other settlements and eventually became independent states. This resulted in unique languages and different cultural types. Life has been mutated in many different, unsettling ways. Although luckily for your kingdom, during your escape from the dangerous world above, you managed to find some resources and even mutated variants of previously known resources.
Welcome, to Kingdoms: Fallout
Just post your Kingdom name and I'll get to work on it. By the way, this isn't an official expansion until Vammy deems it is. But until then, we can use it.
