I got new glasses
I was really looking forward to them; not because of the perscription itself, nor the actual frames, but rather the fact that they were transition lenses. I didn't care that they're all cool and transitiony and whatever, I just was glad that I could get through band camp without needing to squint in the setting sun as I attempt to march and pretend to know where on earth I'm going.
I HATE THESE GLASSES SO MUCH I THINK THE PERSCRIPTION IS TOO PERFECT EVERYONE IS TRYING TOO HARD TO BE HIGH DEFINITION AND THE RESULT IS REFRACTING REALITY. IT MAkes me dizzy
THE FRAMES ARE BENT REally weird and I think it's affecting the perception but it would take too long to have them adjusted by monday. and my old glasses don't go dark so these weird new ones are the only "sunglasses" i have and i need those for band camp.
my mom said that it's just a matter of getting used to it. well Maybe I don't WANNA GET USED TO IT AND MAYBE THERE IS REaLly SUCH A THING AS BEING "TOO HIGH DEFINITION"

Only problem being the frame shape.AND WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M FORCED TO WEAR GLASSES, ANYHOW? IF MY EYES GET USED TO THEM, WON'T THAT SCREW THEM UP EVEN MORE? OR WAS I DOOMED TO GRADUALLY GET WORSE AND WORSE VISION ANYWAYS? WHICH IS WORSE? I CAN SEE JUST FINE EXCEPT FOR FARAWAY STUFF. WHO NEEDS THAT ANYHOW. I DON'T. THERE'S NOTHING GOOD To see,
