I'd like a little information before I complete my loadout. First of all, are there balconies that I could get a grappling hook from a lower level onto, or establish a zipline from a nearby building to? Second, how sophisticated is the Four Seasons hotel's security system? Would I be able to smuggle a regular gun in, or would I have to order a custom gun with no metal parts? Third, and partially an extension of the other two, if there is a balcony or window on the target's floor, how sophisticated would the lock on the door/window be? Would I be able to overcome it with the lockpick tools given? Or would an EMP transmitter be required to disable electronic locks? Fourth, what kind of security people does the hotel have? If a security alert gets triggered, would they go in all guns blazing equipped with SMGs and assault rifles, or are they more police-y "FREEZE!" types with pistols? And furthermore, did the target bring any of his own private security people with him?

My apologies, I usually offer a chance to re-order your loadout, but it makes entirely too much sense to actually offer the full debriefing beforehand.
Base level security is nothing beyond standard for a very nice hotel. You won't see weapons anywhere, at least not on normal occasions. Towards the upper penthouse floors, however, Mr. Dewmar is known to have two bodyguards near his location at all times. Other than that, standard hotel security that shouldn't be armed beyond that of regulation handguns. You may get searched with a hand scanner, but I'm sure you're quick enough to figure out a way through it. As for the locks, you could do it either way. Luckily for you, one of our on-call staff happened to work in a Hilton for a little bit, so I they know exactly how those locks work. If you bring a headset, they may be able to give you some assistance.
(And also a heads up, I'm only popping on here quick enough to try and get things moving again in my absence. I'll be back tonight to post replies again, though I have a feeling not many will still be awake.)

As you are relaxing in one of AGE's many recreational rooms, your view of the television is interrupted by an AGE assistant handing you the familiar yellow envelope. "Your debriefing for the Silver Tongue...less" he says, adding the last part with a bit of a sneer. "Bloody hell AGE's clever jokes never get old." he sighs as he walks off. Opening the packet, it reads;
Agent Silence,
Your last assignment may seem a bit less complex compared to this. You are to take a driver to the Big Apple and find Mr. Dewmark in the Four Seasons Hotel, it's hard to miss. Security may not be your primary concern; Should you trigger any sort of alarm, you can expect the NYPD to be crawling all over the place. Murder of American law enforcement would be desired to be kept at a minimum, if at all possible. This excludes any private security Mr. Dewmark may have brought with him.
Prepare your gear and be ready for a long ride, Agent.

Packing up my things, including the shiny new gear I just purchased from the shop with the money from the last mission, I head out to find the driver that will take me to the hotel.

Walking to AGE's garage, you find a dark colored Gran Tourer with the driver standing aside it waving around a sign labeled 'New York.' "Agent Silence?" he asks as you approach.

The well-dressed driver nods and opens the side door of the minivan for you, revealing a rather comfortable looking interior with only the backseat bench remaining. "Get comfortable, Agent. It's a long trip." he says, and only then do you notice that there was another man already sitting in the passenger seat. It seemed AGE was serious about getting you to New York, apparently having hired two drivers to swap out during the trip.

I get into the minivan, sitting down in the back. Leaning back, I wait to get there.

The driver takes you out of the parking area for AGE, quickly beginning your journey to New York. The time seemed like days, for it nearly was, having it be a solid thirty hours of driving before you awake, close to dark it appeared, to find yourself surrounded by grand buildings. "About fifty minutes until we arrive to the Four Seasons. We will park shortly down the street at a nearby parking complex, where we will be awaiting for your extraction." the man driving says to you. "Ninety minutes with the current traffic, more likely." the other man says with a sigh. Looking back to you, he hands you a small silver disc with a protruding black switch on it. "Activate that and we will approach your location as quickly as possible."

Tucking the disc into my right glove, where I can easily reach it should I require it, I do a recheck of all my equipment to make sure it's good to go.

You set up your equipment as you await the final stretch of your journey. A short while after the streets begin to be bathed in moonlight, your driver pulls into a parking garage and parks on the third floor. "Three blocks down the street you will find the Four Seasons hotel." he says, then pulling out his phone. "While your signal will only act as a beacon, someone at HQ will be able to indirectly contact us should you request via your earpiece."

Putting on my earpiece, I get out of the minivan and go down the parking garage to the ground floor. From there, assuming nothing unusual occurs, I walk the three blocks the driver said down to the Four Seasons hotel.

You proceed down the street until the hotel becomes in-sight. You see what appears to be concierge standing outside the door, awaiting to open it for anyone who seemed like they were about to enter. Looking at the surrounding buildings, they all pale to meet the height of the hotel, but neighbors on either side stretch up a decent way.

I'm not eager to have to climb upwards on a zipline, but the penthouse should cover the entire top floor, meaning I won't have to approach from any one direction, hopefully. Meaning I could go in by way of the neighbors on the side.
I approach the door, eyeing the concierge in case they have anything to say to me.

The concierge looks at you curiously for a moment before opening the door for you. Proceeding inside, you find a front desk accompanied by a lavish lobby area and dual elevators on either side. Standing in small crevices of either elevator, you can see the shapes of men in suits, similar to your own, though their ear pieces much more visible than your own.

Going up to the front desk, I say to the receptionist, "I'm here to see a Mr. Dewmark. He said he would be waiting for me."

The receptionist, a fairly older woman, looked at you with a slight scoff. "You can't honestly believe that's the first time I've heard that tonight." she says sharply. "I have my doubts he is visiting anyone before his business tomorrow."

(Annnnd frip. Typoes took me down, I thought Mr. Dewmark was a contact of some sort. Nope, that's the target.)
"I see. I didn't realize he was giving the speech tomorrow, I'm sorry. I'll be back in the morning, if he's still here." And with that, I politely nod to her, and exit the hotel. Well, since she's heard other people, probably paparazzi, are looking to see him, I doubt she'll call him about me. And since she denied me seeing him, my guess is that he's still in his room up on the penthouse. With that information, I head over to one of the buildings tall enough be directly across from the penthouse, preferably with a balcony facing me so I don't have to awkwardly hang over a who-knows-how-many-meters fall.

Exiting the building and proceeding down the nearest side street, you look up to launch your zipline over the top of the building. Reversing the launch rather than detaching, you then slowly pull yourself up onto the building's roof, though unfortunately not quite as high as the Four Seasons.

Well, some height is better than no height. And if I climbed up to the top of this, I can climb up to the Four Seasons. If there's one available, zipline over to a balcony just below and to the left or right of a penthouse balcony, so it will be an easier climb up. If not, I'm confident I can get directly to a penthouse balcony, though I wouldn't try a window if I can avoid it.

Looking directly up again, you do indeed spot a balcony some distance up, though it is impossible to say whether or not it is the penthouse floor. That is, until, you hear a low, bold voice speak out in your ear. "That'll get you to the sub-penthouse floor. There is no exterior entrance, but you will end up looking at an outdoor pool directly below it."
