Story
A young woman falls down to her knees, struggling to pick up piles of discs, cassettes, USBs and other various storage devices. A small man, kicked her back down and stomped his foot on the woman's face. "Another one of you, useless Juters. You've been buying youth Jutes and curing Jutes haven't you?" the small man angrily said, the woman pushed the foot off her face and tried to run away. But the man just grabbed her and pushed her back on the ground, "All Jutes are illegal, you realize that? It's punishable by public death" he yelled out.
He grabbed the woman and dragged her into public eye, "This is what happens to Jute users! Step up, step right up to see the torture and death of this Jute user." he yelled incredibly loudly, the man knew everyone was watching and started applying a sort of light green cream. The woman was writhing in pain and her face began to suddenly morph into an ugly old crone. "I knew it, youth Jutes. All that does is make you, is an impurity on Earth", the man pushed the dead woman corpse into the crowd and promptly left.
This is the Earth in 2018, two years before it. A man had control over the entire world, he had done this through threat of nuclear decimation and eventually everybody was letting him have their countries. This man couldn't use Jutes, what are Jutes you ask? Jutes are programs that can be made and copied over to almost any storage devices, they can perform magical function. Such as talking to the dead, controlling fire, getting youth, cure any amount of diseases and more. However the man who conquered all of the world couldn't use them and therefore he imposed a law on the people of Earth that if he couldn't use them, nobody could.
He developed tracking devices for Jutes, made constant security checks a thing and EMP raids every night on random households for Jutes. That light green cream interrupts the flow of magic energy between the Jute and the user, therefore creating intense pain that makes an acidic effect. Cream is rubbed on all people at checkpoints and random checks, it doesn't matter if your a child, they will rub it onto you. Schools constantly try to deter Jute use, a detention for someone who attack someone and a whip for those who talk about Jutes.
You are a normal citizen of Earth, but you are going to find out a different world. The world of Jutes.

This increases one's abilities, making them faster and stronger. Breaking a metal wall with the flick of a finger, running on a lake for only one second and practically making them bulletproof. However the people who use this often look paler when not using it and the light green cream will instantly kill the user when applied instead of intense pain.
Mechanis
Allows one to create a sort of humanoid golem. The user can customize their appearance and the golem will follow their every command. If this was real life, so many perverts would use this. I mean, if you could create a furry or beautiful human and they would follow your every order, you'd probably want one. However they leave big marks on the Jute radar.
Nitis
Allows one to see spirits and speak with them. Essentially mediumship, this can easily be overshadowed. Often used for emotional reasons, people are usually lighter with this one. However spirits, such as poltergeists will be attracted to them and often attack them.
Chesogi
Allows one to create warriors based on chess. Bishops often heal, horses can be rode, pawns are easily created and the only one you can't create is the king. The king is you in a sense, allowing you to command your army. Different chess warriors can make you more tired than others when creating, so pawns are easily created.
Glass Eye
Allows one to divert attention, attract attention and see eye movements in other people. The Jute turns the eye to glass, allowing for easy breakage and their eyes will turn different colours based on the usage. Your eyes will turn brown when you divert attention, essentially becoming "Invisible" but people can see you when they bump into you. Your eyes will turn into a sparkly white when you attract attention, essentially a "People Magnet" which can overshadow other people's Jutes easily. Your eyes will turn into just white, when you see other people's eye movements and this can cause lots of notice by people when they look at you.

You will not get Jutes until later, I will decide what current Jutes are in stock.
Bigger Jutes are more noticeable and can overshadow smaller Jutes.
