Thoughts guys? I personally enjoyed it, the music mirrored the first Avengers Age of Ultron trailer a little but on the whole it was was pretty enjoyable. I also liked what I saw of Harley Quinn because I'm fickle and I have favorites. However I'm not too sure on the Joker but I can't really judge from what's been shown so far.

Harley Quinn looks like Britta from Community, except this is Margot Robbie which makes it 100x hotter.

I'm kinda disappointed at the entire concept of a suicide squad movie, because that means they can't use the squad as much on Arrow.

Arrow would have to get their head out of the Olicity love drama before I would be satisfied with their take on the Suicide Squad.

I watched it and yes they were good. I'm pretty sure Olicity is still gonna outplay the whole Suicide squad thing, especially with this new movie coming out that is canon to the DC Cinematic Universe.

Which is why I dislike the fact that they're making a SS movie. If they don't make a SS movie then Arrow can use those characters more often. Besides, the DCCU sucks, Man of Steel was probably the worst superman movie of all time, and I am not selectively ignoring Superman IV: The Quest for Peace. |

It's not really fair to judge the entire universe with one movie. Zack Snyder is not my favorite director, but I am loving the cast call for it (except Jesse Eisenberg). MoS wasn't great, but Batman looks spot on to the DKR saga, so my hype still rests on that.

The second movie has the same godawful Superman actor and it has batman, and I have yet to see a good live-action batman movie. The third movie exists seemingly only to piss off fans of Arrow, and the promotional images don't look very good. I haven't yet seen the trailer, although I'm afraid of what I'll see. They're planning to do another Green Lantern movie, but a reboot instead of a sequel. They're splitting Justice League into two parts with a half dozen canon movies and three years between them. Essentially, the jackasses that are in charge of DC movies are idiots. |
