Yeah, I do think it's a bit of an overreaction. Still, though, it's up to him whether or not he wants people to know.
If he doesn't want people to know, he has a solid right to complain.

yes, it was incorrect to mention his location, however at the very least if i lose my admin lng should have admin removed for breaking a rule as well, since one could say purring was just pulling a joke. i understand the post being removed and a warning level increase, but either squire being removed is too far or lng should have some sort of punishment, admin removal being the most probable, especially considering there is literally a post on the admin board titled "break a rule, lose staff privileges".

lng admin abused, which im quite sure is breaking the rules, and thus should have his position as a member of the staff removed.

Permanent bans are a pretty huge thing; it's one thing to ban someone for a week with the other admins' consent, and another to ban someone forever with only your own will officially on your side. 
That's probably why what LNG did was so "bad."

still, though, lng did ban prec permanently, and even after a great number of people in the community and even another admin attempted to get him unbanned there was no response except for lng saying that it was him who banned prec and not you.

and squireship doesnt matter too much, it's more the fact it was removed for something so silly, especially when it was the first time i had broken a rule and both lng and you[though not you so much] lost admin for a day and what an hour? before gaining it back, while im likely going not going to regain it for a first time offense on a rule so simple, and yet you and lng emerge without even an increased warning level. just the fact that the both of you were removed from your positions even says that tim found your actions to be breaking the rules, but punishment was revoked in a short amount of time.
