Anyone else think that TTGL and SU would go great together?

I mean, I've never watched TTGL to the end, but from what I've read online and from what I've watched (in the case of Steven Universe), these are two good tastes that would go well together (in a sort of pulp sci-fi way). At least, something inspired by TTGL taking place in the SU "Universe"  would be awesome imo.

I tried writing something like that a while back and it didn't pan out. So consider this an open call to write a really weird, crazy, and cool SU fanfiction. I've never really tried seriously writing fanficition, but I'm willing to give it a shot.

It's short for "Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann". The plot is all sorts of... interesting... so that makes it hard to explain. Would linking to a wiki article be good enough for you? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gurren_Lagann#Story

I'd write it, but I can't read the article (iPad 1 with iOS 5.1.1 or 5.11 or whatever) so I don't know about it. I'll get to it tomorrow, if I'm interested enough.
