to be fair, we have[or at least i think we do] freedom of speech, so technically prec should be able to criticize the admins all he wants, so long he doesn't go too far and shit

Problem being that he has, in fact, gone too far. The naked statue, as I see it, cannot be anything other than a deliberate poke at the staff, daring us to ban him. Same with other incidents as well.

Prec is seriously just attacking admins at this point, even though Purring had a valid reason to delete the post (not to mention that the post was deletion bait anyways).
It's not really my place to say, but I's say just throw a week ban at him. If he comes back and continues messing with people, then permaban him. If he doesn't come back at all, oh well.

Yes, the context of the post being 'Tim's IP' was out of order as that subject is not exactly accepted around here even if it was a joke. However, the punishment was given for a statue, which is art, being vulgar in nature even though statues like this can be found around the world. As has been stated in this thread art is an exception to the rule on nudity though if you wanted to be smart about you can claim all nudity to be art. So this clearly means that the rule must be made more specific otherwise we will be left in a mess such as this.
In my opnion we have allowed threads that are worse in nature than this through in the past without a word but that is only on the vulgarity front. The picture on its own is not a problem to me and I disagree with the 40% addition to the warning level that had been decided on. 10% tops if we were really going to enforce a rule on no vulgarity (which we are not at this point). Though the intial subject of the thread can be called into question instead, which was clearly intended as a joke.
This thread forum was born out of a permaban, something of which we wanted to stay away from. We wanted to be a community that could joke about stuff, WITHIN REASON, without oppressive admins forcing us away from stuff that even resembled vulgarity. Let's not become Roblox.

Did nobody get that the 40% was most likely a mistake made by me unless one of the other admins admit to doing that?
If anything, I'd vote to keep the warning levels the way they are just for unnecessarily making such a huge deal about it.
