Huh... Birm was onto something when he developed the Jelly Cannon. It's really handy.
While we scan the oceans for another sea beast to tame, I decide it best to AMP UP THE POWER OF MY JELLY CANNONS!!! YES!!! WE GO ULTIMATE JELLY CANNONS!!!

Hmm... No. Jelly brawlers can do it naturally.
However, I like Jelly Brawl a lot, and so I order small jelly guns be made for the snakes and other non-jelly inhabitants of my land, so they can play and make their own teams...
And then we can make jelly brawl an international sport!

Imagine the shock they'll feel when they discover they are fully functional and mobile weapons of war.  I come up to the scientists with a final thing I need. I must have tanks that can ride on land and swim underwater. That's right. My plan is to make a fleet that can hide underwater and ambush everyone. |

if any Akkrash Grunts find Jelly Brawl they'll probably start doing it themselves, but with sticks and stones and deadly lasers, and will kill themselves and any crowds they attract.

Probably better to just not let any wild Grunts watch. This is only a rough estimate, but it's about a 50/50 chance they would take jelly guns and use them for their own Jelly Brawls. Others might take the jelly guns and use them as throwing implements, or just refuse them. Grunts are crazy.

Personally, I like Chargers more. They're trained and have much more control than Grunts, and therefore much more deadly.
