do you think humans will evolve anymore? or do you think they've reached their physical peak?
i think humans are going to become physically appealing in the future, where every person meets the standard that is 'handsome' or 'pretty', as mankind has gone from choosing mates based on how they can reproduce to their appearance.

Humanity will continue to evolve because that's how DNA works.

Well i heard about evolution before seventh grade but didn't truly have it explained to me until that grade I've known about evolution for longer than my working memory has been around for (indicating that I first heard of the concept before the age of 5), but I didn't have it explained to me properly until somewhere between eight and ten.

We will evolve, in one way or the other (that is to say, naturally or through cybernetics and DNA Modification).

I would rather be told the truth than given a false paradise about evolution in humanity Who told you that we'd all be gibbering monkey-men in the future (Hyperbole)? I think what is more likely to happen, given recent trends in the overall number of wars and the increasing rate of discovery of new technology, that the world is stabilizing. So short of anything except a cosmic event, catastrophic war (which is unlikely, given the fact that there are fewer wars actually happening), or the angry fist of God will prevent us from reaching our destiny. Bioethical Abolitionism FTW!

We, Homo Sapiens are said to be evolved from an ape- becoming more upright as they evolve, however, right now we have people who slouch, sit and lean all day, maybe we will evolve back to square one- walking on all fours.
Unless earth is impacted with an asteroid before that happens.
It is a possibility.

Evolution (or natural selection, in this case, which causes evolution) requires an environmental change. Chances are, if that environmental change will be nuclear war, that nuclear war will kill off all of those without the advantageous genetic trait, either leaving a selection of people who can withstand radiation or killing off every single human in the area, thus finalizing the process of punctuated equilibrium and natural selection, or simply exterminating the Korean peninsula.

Natural selection doesn't cause evolution, it guides it.

Unless earth is impacted with an asteroid before that happens. It is a possibility. It's not going to happen, because I believe slouching is a learned trait and not an inherited trait. And even if slouching was an inherited trait, for that to work all the people who sit and slouch would have to take a spouse and have children with a person with the same tendencies. (Or, all the people who have a tendency to stand more often would have to die out, thus the slouching trait being the one passed down over a lengthy period of time.)
