The diplomat smiles.
"Well, King Jelly, your allies, the Shadow Kingdom, have also made a pact with the Commonwealth for alliance. And currently we're in a devastating war with the Overworld Kingdom, with them having a losing streak at the moment. We in the Commonwealth don't want to drag your kingdom into a war as we suspect the Overworld Kingdom will do. Instead, we request oil to reinforce our military for the exchangement of fifteen percent of the Overworld Kingdom once we've annexed their land as we plan to eventually do. With conflicting relations between one of your allies helping us fight another one of your allies, leaves you at the epicenter of the mess. If you join our side, we'll gradually outnumber the Overworld Kingdom and eventually let them plummet to their doom."
The diplomat pauses to take a sip of water. He then continues to speak.
"So we want to enlist you as one of our allies, do you accept?" the diplomat asks, sliding over a clipboard with a contract on it.

"So I see. That is problematic. I am not without a sense of loyalty. The Aliens have provided me lands, resources, and have committed various other deeds to assist me. However, likewise the Shadows have also aided me. Amusing, diplomat, but tell me this. I aid you in the war and the Overworld pulls off a miracle and wins. What do you think would happen?"

"Except they won't win. They've had major casualties to our troops recently. They are desperate and grasping for life. If we have your oil, we can kill them swiftly."

"You mean, if you had our lands. You'd be able to use us as a bridge to receive quick access with minimal resistance into the Aliens' home territory."

"Yes. But again, if we have access to your oil, we can create more powerful units to attack the Overworld Kingdom."

"Ahh... But if you're saying that that means one of two things: A) You're after something more sensitive as you already should have access to oil, or B) The Shadows are withholding their stores of oil. I had, some time ago, as part of an agreement you see, given them plans to an oil drill and had some Jellies help build a few. Either way, it does not affect my stance. I as of now will declare this to your kingdom and to the kingdoms of the world: Jellyton will enact a stance of what I call territorial neutrality. I will trade with other kingdoms, but any that try to approach mine or use mine as a bridge will be met with resistance. I will also, if you're correct and the Aliens do fall in the war, shall provide sanctuary to them in my domains. By contrast if the Aliens win and destroy any kingdoms I will provide sanctuary to those. This way I'm happy not betraying anyone, and you can trade resources for my stores of oil. Is this a deal?"

"Feel free to look at our treasury; I am quite sure that you will uncover no evidence of oil as we have never come into possession of the resource. We in fact only know about it because of the discovery of land and because of trade routes between the Shadow Kingdom and our own. And also, here is the thing; even if you are not directly involved in the combat against the aliens, it will be a two versus one with supplies from another super power being shipped over to us. And the kingdom of Shadow and Demons are likely the second and third most powerful nations in the world, and if you surpass one then it would be by a small margin. So the chances of us losing this war would be unlikely, nearly impossible. As well, we have a few secrets to be delivered to the Overworld that I'm quite sure will assure our ultimate victory. You have nothing to lose by joining us; if we do lose, I swear on the great gods Vammy and Satan that if we were to somehow lose this war, I will ensure your survival by stating that I had mind controlled your people if you ally with us. Thus, you have nothing to lose, as the Overworld will likely believe this due to their already low opinion of us."

"Don't spout the name of your vile god, Demon. I'm already still in the process of cleaning up the mess you made in his name. I stand by my stance. If you want Jellyton oil, you will have to trade Jellyton for it. I see no reason to be nice to those who've only caused us problems, particularly in favor of those who helped us, but I have decided to be generous in this matter. Whether or not you accept this generosity is on your head."

The demon gave a rough exhale, looking very insulted.
"We offer you one more time; give us, at the very least, open borders and an alliance, if not oil. If you refuse to comply, then we are done here."

"I do not comply, and thank the names of Vammy and Fiscea that we are done here."

A purple person with spiked skin and a crown sits, waiting for the strange people to visit. He bears a smile on his face.

"Hello, I am a representative of the Groogle™ company, and we are here to instate a deal with you to better us both! We offer you adds being displayed to represent your Kingdom, it's culture, sports, land marks, historic buildings etc. Every click gains us more money, and more tourism towards your enclaves, thus, depending on how you price your things, will innevitably, in the longterm, benefit you more than me. And the money required is not even that large, depending on how often you want your ads to be showed on our pages. We also want to build a Groogle™ base here in order to edit the Groogle™ services locally so your policies will be met locally, but global Groogle™ will stay the same.
How does it sound? A deal that will benefit the both of us?"

An unlicensed man in a crisp black suit with a red tie and white shirt walks into the room. He's wearing black tinted sunglasses and a tophat. His face is completely covered. He has a black leather suitcase and places it on the table while he plays a game on his smartphone.

"You wanted to speak with us?"

"Hello. The Overseers have acquired knowledge that your kingdom holds Tungsten (W74). If you did not know, tungsten is the densest material in the known periodic table. My company would like to obtain 70% of your tungsten in exchange for free Internet services." the man says, putting down his smartphone and unlocking his suitcase to bring out a manilla folder with a series of papers inside.
