We're not bombing the Jellies, we were destroying Groogle.
We just took over Groogle and all its assets.
Okay, so uh, we got resources, tech, and troops. Begin sorting out tech that we already had or is inferior to what we have now, and stuff that is new. Those obsidian mines and smelters and stuff are especially valuable, and point to lots of undergroundness. So yeah, we're gonna secure them with our troops and stuff.
Turn the grapish troops that we captured into Swingers, Gargantuans, and Assassins.
Take hold of the former Groogle holdings and send some troops in planes to search for anything valuable there.
And lets try something crazy: Send priests to convert the sand biters to Vammyism.
Who follows Vammyism in the world now?

Cool. Send for Crusaders from the transformers(robot cars) and Puppets.
Presumably Groogle City is undamaged, so we'll convert it into another civilian living center. We should also have our own underwater dome done, now or soon, so take the plans for it and add hover tech onto it like we did for the sub-orbital weapons platforms. Yes bby, we're making FLYING CITIES!
Get some expert people to hack into the internet and re-enable Groogle. Officially, the Dominion doesn't have the internet, but unofficially, we will be hacker masters. But the internet still won't be in Dominion territory, we'll do our hacking thing from Groogle places.

Cool. Assure the bots and puppets that it's for a good purpose, and begin modeling on the bots so we can make basically everything we have convert to something else. Starting with our mechs, they should be able to convert to planes, hovertanks, and submarines, all with the push of a button. So our mechanized forces can fight anywhere, in any way.
Now, for our most ambitious undertaking in possibly all of Kingdoms history, use the puppets as a base to start research on neural links. So we can basically upload a person into a server, and then install controls in mechanized units so our people can control units they are assigned to from the server. It's robots, but without the robot part. And the best part: if the machine is destroyed, the person isn't, and they just go back to the main server. And we can safely install self destruct mechanisms that can only be activated by the controller so no enemy can take our tech.
The flying cities will be built on the ground, but they must be designed so that they never need to touch down again. They will fly through the sky until they are brought down by enemies or struck down by the Gods.

Also use a crystal to make a teleportation null field around the my palace, which basically makes everything teleporting into it or near it disintegrate from magicalness.

Upgrade my satellites with ultraviolet, infrared, x-ray, and other alternate vision sources so they can see through walls and underground and stuff.
Start building domes that will be used for the flying cities. Build some smaller ones that will be mobile airbases for our planes and other stuff to dock at and pods to be built at and dropped to the world below and stuff.
We have drone tech from taking over Groogle, so use that in the neural linkage research as a base for the controls of the things.
Also build drones. Birm mentioned that they can be both underwater and in air, so that's good for us.

Anyway, LAUNCH THE SKY CITIES! Our people will live amongst the clouds! But make sure the propulsion stuff is really tough and hard to destroy, and the domes are armored so they're really hard to break. Next up, SKY FORTRESSES!
Upgrade all our tanks and navy and submarines and planes so they can transform to anything like our mechs can.
What's the progress on neural link research?

The ten Iron Spodr explorers, primitive in comparison, are fascinated by the advanced processes that must allow for these creations and attempt to land in one of the cities for first contact.
