Agreed.
Tell people to build big machines in every enclave that take stuff from the air and water and ground to make it into the components of Red Dust, then combine them together to make artificial Red Dust, thus giving us a pretty much unlimited constant supply of Red Dust, hopefully.
Build shrines to Vammy and the Science God in the most sacred of places, and make two huge altars in the capital, one for Vammy and one for Science God, decorate them lavishly and ornately, and let the people give offerings to Vammy and Science God.

A little more than that. Do science stuff and take some eggs(the female reproductive cells, yeh) from one of the Swarmer Queens, and some skin cells. Do more science stuff and use small machines that work on the atomic level to remove the nucleus from the eggs, and put a skin cell next to an egg cell, repeat until all the egg and skin cells have a partner, then shock them all with electricity until the nucleus of the skin cell merges with the nucleus-less egg cell. Then put the new eggs in the vats(one new egg in each vat) and let them grow.

no, I'm cloning Swarmer Queens so basically in 5-10 turns I'll have a bunch of Swarmer Queens who will give me 1 Swarmer each every turn which means that Swarmers will have a whole new meaning.
